Soon after the Lord revealed to me the prophetic significance of the numbers 11 and 44, He also began frequently showing me the number three. He clearly spoke into my heart that the number 3 represents His resurrection on the 3rd day and has been using 33 at specific times to declare, “Salvation (Jesus) is here!”.
“He told them, ‘This is what is written: The Messiah will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day,…’”
Luke 24v46
Ever since that time, the Lord has been supernaturally showing me the number 33 in increasing measure, to declare that He is here to heal, save, deliver and set us free. Whenever Jesus arrives on the scene - salvation arrives with Him!
The Number Three in Jesus’ Life
When we look at the life of Jesus in the New Testament, we begin to understand just how significant the number three is to God, and His purposes being outworked here on earth. The gospel of Luke chapter 3v23 states, “Now Jesus himself was about thirty years old when he began his ministry,” and Bible scholars agree that Jesus was 33 years old when He died, after three to three and a half years of ministry.
We also learn from the gospel of Mark that Jesus’ crucifixion commenced on the Jewish third (3rd) hour of the day, which is 9am for those of us in modern western society.
“Now it was the third hour, and they crucified Him.”
Mark 15v25 (NKJV)
In Mark chapter 15 verse 33, we read that while Jesus was hanging on the cross, the whole land was in darkness for 3 hours - from midday until 3pm that afternoon. Then Jesus cried out to the heavenly Father and died at 3pm that day.
“At noon, darkness came over the whole land until three in the afternoon. And at three in the afternoon Jesus cried out in a loud voice, ‘Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani?’ (which means ‘My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?’).”
Mark 15v33-34 (emphasis added)
Then on the third (3rd) day Jesus was resurrected from the dead, hallelujah!!!
“…but God raised him from the dead on the third day and caused him to be seen.”
Acts 10v40 (emphasis added)
Some Bible scholars who research early Jewish calendar dates and times also believe that Jesus died on the 3rd of April, AD 33.
Through the life of Jesus, we see that the planning and timing of the will of the Father is perfect, and this knowledge can give great assurance to us as believers, that our times are perfectly in His hands (see Psalm 31v14-15).
The Significance of Three O’Clock
When I first began fasting in obedience to the Lord, He would often ask me to fast and pray until 3pm, and I would end my fast by jumping with praise to Him at exactly 3pm.
Several months later, God revealed to me that 3 o’clock is a significant time of the day for those who follow Him, and He recently led me to read the book of Acts chapter ten.
“One afternoon about three o’clock, he had a vision in which he saw an angel of God coming toward him. ‘Cornelius!’ the angel said.”
Acts 10v3 (NLT, emphasis added)
The first thing to note in this verse is that the writer of Acts felt it important to specifically mention the time of day. Secondly, God decided to send a very personal vision to Cornelius at specifically 3pm, which ultimately led to his salvation in the coming days! Also worth noting is the fact that Cornelius had prayed at 3pm prior to him receiving this vision from God.
In follow-on to this, God called Peter to preach the gospel to Cornelius and his household through miraculous circumstances, and we see the number three given prominence all throughout this account in Acts chapter ten:
- Verse 16: God gives Peter the same vision three times.
- Verse 19: The Spirit of God says to Peter, “…three men are looking for you.”
- Verse 30: “Cornelius answered: ‘Three days ago I was in my house praying at this hour, at three in the afternoon. Suddenly a man in shining clothes stood before me…’”
- Verse 40: Peter preaches the gospel and states, “but God raised him from the dead on the third day…”
Salvation came to Cornelius and his many friends and relatives gathered in his house that day!
"While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit came on all who heard the message.”
Acts 10v44
In a second example, on the 30th of October 2022, I sat down to write in my journal and I noticed that the time was exactly 12:33pm. Then the Lord began speaking to me about how I am often woken in the middle of the night around 3am. He gave me an understanding that three o’clock is a significant time in the heavenly realms. As I was pondering this, I opened my Bible and the pages fell directly open to Matthew chapter 14, titled, “Jesus Walks on Water.”
“Meanwhile, the disciples were in trouble far away from land, for a strong wind had risen, and they were fighting heavy waves. About three o’clock in the morning Jesus came toward them, walking on the water.”
Matthew 14v24-25 (NLT, emphasis added)
I was amazed how Jesus had directed my hands to open my Bible to this very scripture. In this chapter we read that Jesus’ disciples were “in trouble” and He miraculously appears to them at three in the morning and saves them.
“When they climbed back into the boat, the wind stopped. Then the disciples worshiped him. ‘You really are the Son of God!’ they exclaimed."

When Jesus arrives on the scene, salvation comes to those who follow Him!
The Number Three to Encourage and Bless
In early 2022, the Lord led my husband and I to sell our dream home and He took us through a very challenging season of purging nearly everything we owned. He revealed that we were raised in a modern-day Babylon culture and led us through a season of pruning like we’d never experienced before. He revealed that many things we buy in this modern world are tainted by occult symbolism and idolatry (eg. the sportswear brand Nike is named after a false Greek goddess), and that every earthly possession we own has the potential to take a piece of our hearts.
After we sold our home, the Lord directed us to live in temporary accommodation week-on-week for an unspecified period of time, even though we were in a position to buy a home straight away. One particular day during this season, I read Luke chapter 14 verse 33, “So you cannot become my disciple without giving up everything you own,” (NLT) and as I finished reading the scripture, I saw that the time was exactly 1:33pm. Each time we saw a house for sale, that we thought looked like ‘the one’, the Lord would say to me, “Wait for Me and you’ll see My glory,” and this process continued week-on-week for several months.
After eight months of living in week-to-week hotel accommodation, another home came on the market that looked like it could be the right one for us. For the first time since the whole process began, I didn’t hear God say to “wait”. My husband and I humbly prayed and submitted our plans to the Lord, and tentatively submitted an offer on the house. A few days later, the Lord spoke the following phrase into my heart three times, “You have My blessing and My favour,” and as He said this a third time I looked up and it was exactly 8:11am. This was an important day for my husband and I, as we were waiting on a call from the real estate agent to find out whether we had been successful with the offer we’d submitted. Several interested parties had placed offers on this property, in a very competitive market, and we were completely relying on God to give us favour, if this was the right one.
As the day dragged on, my husband and I began to feel that we must have missed out and the Lord encouraged me to read Isaiah chapter 44. After reading that passage I declared, “The Lord is with me and the Lord is on my side.” After several tears, I committed everything into His hands and chose to trust in Him, whether or not we ever owned a home again, and when I looked up the time was exactly 3:11pm.
Not long after I prayed this prayer, my husband sent me a text message, “We got the house!” Praise the Lord for His undeserved favour, hallelujah, praise the Lord!!! When I met up with him later that day, he smiled and held up his phone to show me that the real estate agent had called him at exactly 3:33pm!
Later that evening, we pulled up at an eatery to buy some dinner and we arrived at exactly 6:11pm. Further into the evening, we were discussing God’s favour on us that day and I pulled out my phone to check the time and it was exactly 8:33pm! "Salvation (Jesus) is here!” At the end of the night, I sat down to journal the events of the day, and when I touched my phone to check the time it was exactly 11:11pm.
After nine and a half months of having no fixed address, we finally settled on our new home on the 4th of August 2023. We collected the keys from the sales office and excitedly drove to our new home, located at street number 11. As we pulled up in front of the property, the time was exactly 1:11pm! This is nothing short of miraculous and these signs and wonders from the Lord are a continual encouragement to us that our times are absolutely in His hands!
Throughout the entire journey, the Lord led us to completely trust in Him, giving up many earthly comforts to pursue Him alone. It was an extraordinarily difficult season, but also an incredible time in both of our lives, where we now know Jesus like we never knew was even possible before.
The Number 3 in My Day-to-Day
There are many further examples where the Lord has been using the number three to declare, “Salvation (Jesus) is here!” through various signs and wonders in my personal daily life, and I share some of these below.
Personal examples: One particular day I was praying while driving, and at one point I declared, “Thank You Lord for setting me free.” Immediately after speaking those words, I stopped at a set of traffic lights and my dashboard displayed; 33 minutes to arrival, 33 kilometres to arrival and 3.0 kilometres to the next turn off. I exclaimed, “Thank You Lord, You’re with me! Praise the Lord!!!” Later that evening I was thanking the Lord, and as I finished praying, I looked up and saw that the time was exactly 6:33pm.
In another example, on the 5th of October 2023, I received notification that my first published book had arrived and was ready for collection at Australia Post at exactly 11:33am. On the 1st of March (3), I decided to drive to a quiet location to pray, and my phone app indicated “44 minutes to arrival”, and when I arrived at my destination the time was exactly 1:33pm. In a further example, ten years ago I released an instrumental music album and I just recently became aware that the most popular track on that release is three minutes and 33 seconds in length (3:33).
In further personal examples, on the 29th of March (3) 2023, I woke up at around quarter to three am and the Lord spoke to my heart, “When the clock strikes three.” I got out of bed and the Lord gave me pictures in my mind of a great shaking - an earthquake - and the sense that we will experience being thrown up in the air several times as the earth becomes completely upended by the Holy Spirit, shaking the whole earth on its axis. After the Lord revealed this to me, I went to bed just after 3am and lay there thinking about this word - unable to sleep. After lying there for a while, I tapped my phone to check the time and it was exactly 3:33am. When I saw this I knew that we, as His followers, are not to fear because His salvation is here!!! Hallelujah, praise the Lord! Soon after this, I fell asleep and woke again with a jolt sensation through my body from the Holy Spirit at exactly 6:33am. Salvation is here!!!
These prophetic encouragements each day have been affirming to me that Jesus is with each and every one of His followers in these last days.
On the 6th of June 2023, I woke up and checked my phone and it was exactly 3:33am. The Lord then spoke to my heart, “You have My grace to move mountains and set the captives free. Now go in peace. Now go in My name. Go in peace, My grace has made you well.” I lay awake for a while after receiving this word and when I next checked my phone it was 5:33am, and I felt His message once again, “Salvation (Jesus) is here!” Later that day I drove to a shopping village, near the city, and when I arrived the dashboard displayed that I had travelled 33 kilometres to my destination.
In a further example, on the 18th of June 2023, I was woken by the Lord at exactly 4:11am. When I got up to pray, the Lord gave me an understanding of the seriousness of the message He was about to give me, that something’s coming - the shaking. After He spoke this into my heart, I took my phone off the charger and it was exactly 4:33am. The Lord continued to speak into my heart and said, “The shaking is here, it’s upon us. Prepare to move for battle. Let Me make it clear, the devil is here and there’s a shaking near. Come to Me for victory and you’ll see that I am here and I am near you dear one, so don’t fear the day of the evil one. Trust in Me, Christ God’s Son. The war has begun between Heaven and Satan’s dominion on earth and I am bringing a storm, a lashing. But I’m your Saviour, King, ruler over everything!”
I replied, “Hallelujah, hallelujah praise the name of the risen Lord Most High. Hallelujah, You reign on High, as the Most High, for all eternity. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah praise You risen Lord and King, ruler over everything!”
As I finished hearing that word from the Lord, I looked up at the time and it was exactly 4:44am. Then the Lord said, “On your face,” and in the Spirit I saw Jesus place His hand on the back of my head and He said, “Receive My anointing,” and then He said, “Arise.”
Jesus is Returning Soon
On the 28th of February 2023, the Lord gave me the following word at 4:40am, “Be with Me. Bathe in My presence. Salvation is near.” In response, I got up to spend time with Him in prayer and He continued to speak many things into my heart, including these words, “Work harder and faster to get the job done My dear. Salvation is near. It’s coming for you and all who hold onto Truth. Be prepared My dear, for Jesus’ return is near and His quest is clear: to draw all those near who belong to Me.” Just after I had received this word from the Lord, I looked up and it was exactly 5:33am.
I replied, “Hallelujah, amen!”
He then continued, “SALVATION IS NEAR. Let’s be clear. Jesus is almost here to gather My saints, My people, belonging to Me. I want to gather many - can’t you see? Draw near to Me and the rest is easy you’ll see.“
The message from the Lord is clear:
Jesus is coming back soon and His salvation is coming for all who are truly following Him!
“Be on guard! Be alert! You do not know when that time will come.”
Mark 13v33
“…Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.”
Hebrews 9v28
Repentance and Salvation Go Hand-in-Hand
All throughout history, the Lord has continually warned His people to turn from going their own way, as He loves His people and wants them restored to right relationship with Him. Over the last eighteen months, the Lord has been speaking to me through the book of Ezekiel chapter 33, and how it relates to the current state of the western church. This chapter is a call from the heavenly Father, for His people to turn from their wicked ways so that they may be saved from His coming judgement (see Ezekiel 33v33).
“Say to them, ‘As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways!…’”
Ezekiel 33v11
He is sending the same message to all believers who are going their own way today, “Repent, My dearly beloved people, repent and be saved!”
Many western Christians are being unfaithful in their relationship with Him; chasing after the comforts of this life (travel, entertainment, shopping and food experiences), living in falsehood, continually gratifying their own desires, and are ashamed of the person of Jesus. Some believers have gone their own way as they seem to think God is ‘missing in action’. They falsely believe that He won’t notice their ‘little’ compromises here and there, if they keep attending church on a Sunday. All these types of people have become caught up with all the enticements this world (Babylon) offers and are not preparing themselves for the return of Christ. Jesus has made it clear that only those who are faithful to Him alone will enter into His kingdom. (See Matthew 24v45-51 and 25v30)
This message from the Lord has been consistent all throughout history:
Old Testament: God appointed prophets (see Hebrews 1v1) to call His people to repent and forsake all other things that became more important in their lives than Him (idolatry, worshipping other gods), in order to be saved. (See Ezekiel 3 and 33)
New Testament: God appointed Jesus to preach repentance and declare that the kingdom of heaven was near (see Mark 1v15). All those who repented and believed His message, turned their life around and followed Him - they received salvation.
Today: Jesus is speaking through Spirit-filled teachers and prophets in His body today, calling His people to repentance once again, as He is coming back soon! The time is now for all God’s people to turn from living their own way, as soon it will be too late, and judgement will come to all who are pursuing their own desires here on earth. Those who turn from living their own way through repentance, and live for Christ alone, will be saved! (See Luke 13v3, Act 3v19-20 and 11v18, Hebrews 1v2, Ephesians 4v11)
Many teachers of God’s word today are coating the call to repentance with ‘icing sugar’, therefore many believers are being fed unhealthy food rather than life-giving bread (see John 6v35). The Lord has told me, “Just feed them bread and don’t ‘sugar-coat’ the message. My people have been hearing messages focused on ‘God’s love’ for years and they have been drowning themselves in emotional ‘worship’ music rather than worshipping Me. They have not been told the truth, that the state of many of their lives is a sinful mess. The most loving thing you can do for My people is tell them to ‘repent’, as then they will be saved.”
The heavenly Father has so generously offered us the gift of salvation, through His Son Jesus (see Ephesians 2v8). It is now up to each person to decide whether they will accept or reject His invitation to follow the only way to eternal life.
“Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’”
John 14v6
Dear believer, have you turned from living your own way and are you following Jesus today?
Today is the day of salvation! (See 2 Corinthians 6v2)
Encouragement to the True Followers of Jesus
I believe the Lord is using the number three as a prophetic sign, that He is with each of His followers in these last days. Jesus has promised that things are going to get very difficult, as the beast (worldly government structures and authorities, and the Antichrist) is given authority to conquer God’s people (see Revelation 13v5-10). As we endure these difficult times, He has told us to hold firm (see Matthew 24v12-14) and to look up expectantly for His return, as soon we will be with Him for all eternity (see Luke 21v27-28).
We can take heart in God’s promise, that He will never leave or forsake those who live for Him alone.
“… God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.’ So we say with confidence, ‘The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?’”
Hebrews 13v5-6
I believe that God is currently using many prophetic signs and wonders to encourage His people, in these end times (see Acts 2v17). Through the prophetic signs the Lord has given me, I believe Jesus is making it clear that He is with each and every one of His true followers, in these last days. All who have turned from living their own way - and are following Christ alone - will be saved!
